Returns & Exchanges

Steve Madden Canada offers a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, provided they are not marked as final sale. Exchanges are currently not processed online, so customers are encouraged to return their original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them inside a mailing box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid Canada Post shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or mailbox.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus a small return shipping fee.
